Returns, exchanges and refunds

  1. Can I return the t-shirts after they have been delivered?

    We will refund according to law, such as where a t-shirt or hoodie is faulty. Depending on our stock, we may be able to exchange a faulty t-shirt or hoodie. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery on 13 32 40 to arrange a return.

    Please carefully consider your size before purchase, as we will not refund or exchange on this basis or where you simply change your mind.

  2. What if we have run out of your size?

    Sizes are only available until stocks sell out. If we have run out of your size, we will either refund your money or provide another size after consultation with you.

  3. Is there a guarantee on this product?

    T-shirts are sourced from Blue Gum Clothing and come with "No sweatshop" labelling. For more information, see www.nosweatshoplabel.com or www.bluegum.com.au.

    Hoodies are sourced from 3Fish and come with fair trade cotton and organic cotton labelling. For more information, see www.3fish.com.au.

    World Vision Australia does not guarantee this product. We do not accept any responsibility for misdescription or loss. You purchase at your own risk and should satisfy yourself as to the quality of the product.

Cancellation of orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. We will immediately notify you if we do this via phone where you have provided a contact number. We will refund any payment using the same method you have used for payment.

You are not able to cancel an order after you have confirmed it.

Postage and Delivery

  1. How much is it for postage and delivery of a t-shirt?

    To make it easy for you, we’ve included postage and delivery in the cost of the t-shirts.

    The price of each t-shirt is $25, which includes GST, postage and delivery as set out below:

    Cost of t-shirt $22.73
    GST on t-shirt $2.27
    Postage and delivery $5.00
    Total price per t-shirt $30.00

  2. How much is it for postage and delivery of a hoodie?

    To make it easy for you, we’ve included postage and delivery in the cost of the hooodies.

    The price of each hoodie is $50, which includes GST, postage and delivery as set out below:

    Cost of hoodie $40.50
    GST on hoodie $4.50
    Postage and delivery $5.00
    Total price per hoodie $50.00

  3. How will the t-shirts and hoodies be delivered?

    T-shirts and hoodies will be sent to you by Standard post. This would normally take 7-14 days to metropolitan areas. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances (strikes, floods, etc).

Who can buy?

  1. Can I buy if I am not in Australia?

    No, unfortunately, we are only able to accept orders from those living in Australia and where the t-shirts or hoodies will be delivered to an Australian address.

Privacy

  1. What do you do with the information I give you?

    Information that you provide to us is used to enable us to process your order, as the law permits or for other purposes explained in our Privacy Statement. We don’t rent, sell or exchange information we hold.

  2. How secure are my credit card details?

    If you have a complaint in relation to your purchase, please contact us on 13 32 40 and we will try to help you resolve it.
