Steps

1. Browse the catalogue to find an item that you like and then click 'Add to gift basket'.
2. Decide how many of this item you'd like to give and enter the quantity in the box provided.
3. Next, choose a gift card type. You can select to give your family member, friend or loved one a printed card, an eCard, an MMS, or you can print your own card to let them know about the gift you have chosen. If you choose an eCard or MMS you will need to provide the recipient's details and add your message. Every time you add an item to your gift basket, you will need to let us know how many you would like and choose one gift card type for those items. Note that if you add more than one of the same gift to an existing eCard or MMS, the message will not reflect your purchase of additional quantities of the same gift.
4. Once you have filled in the details, you will move to the 'Your gift basket' page, showing a summary of the items you have ordered so far.
5. On the gift basket page, you can change the quantity of any item you have chosen by typing a new quantity in the 'Qty' box. Click on 'Update quantities' so that the cost of items in your gift basket is updated.
6. Either click on 'Continue browsing' in the bottom left-hand corner to add more items to your gift basket, or click on 'Checkout' to go to the checkout to pay for your order.

Viewing your order

Click on 'View gift basket' at any time during the ordering process to check what you have already ordered. Within the 'gift basket' you can either:

• Continue shopping, by clicking on the relevant gift category in the left-hand menu or on 'Continue browsing'.
• Proceed to the checkout, by clicking on 'Checkout'.
• Remove gifts that you no longer require by clicking on 'Remove'.

Changing your order

You can add items or remove them from your gift basket at any time. Simply click on 'View gift basket' and make your changes.

What happens next?

1. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive online confirmation of the gift/s you have purchased.
2. If you selected print your own cards, you will receive instructions on how to download and print these from your home printer. If you selected eCards or MMS, these will be sent on the date/s you have chosen. If you selected printed cards, these will be posted to you within 72 hours.
3. Your credit card will be billed.
